Our Thanksgiving Arts & Crafts Wall

The kids are having a wonderful time learning about Thanksgiving.  This week we have been doing some lessons on the First Thanksgiving with lots of arts & crafts.  Here are some pictures of their masterpieces:

Here is our Thanksgiving wall in the school room.

The girls made Indian headbands.  Madeline then put hers on with her leotard and tutu so that she could be an Indian Ballerina and Clare put hers on with her pink princess dress so that she could be an Indian Princess.

Each girl chose 5 things they are grateful for.  Madeline wrote her own and I wrote Clare's words for her.
Madeline: Family, Toys, Books, Balloons, Leaves
Clare: Animals, House, Games, Family, Turkey
George and Elizabeth were napping ;-) - Mommy is grateful for naps!!!!

Their crafts of The Mayflower:

This was an inexpensive craft I bought at Michael's.
